Quality Assurance Manager Job Purpose:

Job title: Quality Assurance Manager (Full Time), Athens Office
Quality Assurance Manager Job Purpose:
Maintains ultimate responsibility for assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with the technical specifications by establishing and enforcing quality standards, testing validation, providing documentation and co-ordinating staff.
Reports to: Director of Production and CEO
Job Duties:
- Establish product specifications and quality attributes
- Design and perform test plans, test cases, checklists, methods and procedures to verify product functionalities, performance, security, and other requirements.
- Identify, manage and track bugs and critical control points on all mobile platforms and operating system versions.
- Analyze test results and defects to drive continuous quality improvements.
- Coordinate and prioritize testing of application modifications and bug fixes.
- Establish product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Prepare documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and present test results to management.
- Collaborate with other members of the management to develop new products.
- Be a strong advocate of our customers and bring that feedback into our development cycle and engineering practices.
- Participate in customer support processes to investigate customer complaints and communicate them to the engineering department.
