Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for leading our paid and organic acquisition efforts, meeting clients’ objectives and expectations.
The Performance Marketing Executive needs to have excellent leadership and management skills to coordinate with the entire team, to combine creativity with intelligent science, ability to define marketing strategies that can be implemented through digital services, and to have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities
Develop, measure and analyse campaigns and initiatives to maximise ROI
Develop and oversee execution of search (both organic and paid)
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Oversee and execute ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with copywriters and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Develop and implement link building strategy
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones included in Mozaik’s planning
Assist communication of the progress of all initiatives with clients’ key people periodically
Support Sales Team in new opportunities handling and budget planning to potential new client
Coach and develop junior team members
Engage the audience through dynamic delivery
Assess risks arising in relationships with clients under management and proactively escalate for directions
Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of digital projects within an account to agreed scope, timings, budget and quality
Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed, quality standards are met, and that projects are executed within the planned budget and timeframe

Location
The position is based in Athens, Greece
Part of Performance Marketing Executive’ time might be spent traveling in Greece and Europe

Skills and Experience
Academic
Studies in Marketing, Business Administrator or Similar
International exposure would be an asset
Work Experience
2+ years’ experience in similar field
Technical Skills
Understanding of digital media and marketing concepts
Proficient knowledge of technical terminology and concepts
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Bing/ Previous hands-on experience in a PPC role
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Proficient knowledge and command of Greek and English languages (any other European Language will be an asset)
Deep knowledge of MS Excel with experience in advanced functions and pivot tables
Personal Qualifications
Experience managing staff and agency resources.
Proven team management skills
Persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
Patience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
