Responsibilities
- Resolve customer technical issues, provide end-user support, technical assistance and answer Help Desk tickets.
- Troubleshoot, install, and test necessary hardware and peripherals.
- Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot and evaluate existing and new operating systems.
- Assist with backups and application maintenance.
- Configure user access, end-user applications.
- Reporting on activities and creating operational support documentation.
Basic Knowledge
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- SQL Server 2008/2012/2016
- Networking, load balancing, virtualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting end users, providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues for all operating systems
- Driving License
- Fluency in English

- Prioritize and execute tasks effectively
