ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Boutique Investment Banking and Real Estate Asset Management & Workout Firm, with growing operations in Cyprus and Greece is looking for a Senior Executive to join their team as:

Chief Operations Officer (Ref. code 4829/COO/ESS/GR)

As a Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for the supervision of the overall business strategy and success of the Greek Office. Your role will be crucial to the success of the company, giving all the strategic directions to the team, being a motivator and a great leader.

• Lead the Asset Management/Advisory, Property Management and Transactions’ Teams that comprises of Real Estate and Finance experts
• Oversee all operations and business activities aiming at delivering superior customer service, local presence and comprehensive support services
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
• Ensure strategy alignment with objectives
• Lead with an example and motivate subordinates
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
• Ensure the company’s complicity with legal and business ethics
• Review financial and non-financial reports
• Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution 
• Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders
• Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous working experience in a top-level role within a multinational Advisory, Financial Services, Banking or Real Estate organization.
• Strong academics, ideally up to a Masters’ degree in business administration or similar relevant field
• Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful business strategies
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
